Founder and Director

Dr. Ilana Mor

Ilana is a teacher, spiritual artist, author, and Ordained Interfaith Minister.  She has always had a great zest for living and learning and particularly enjoys supporting people toward empowerment through self-expression in the Creative Arts.  Ilana is a people person who is widely traveled and  multi-lingual.

Ilana’s rich and diversified background, her appreciation and respect for the Creator’s world, and her love for her friends and family are the inspirations for her unique, thought-provoking, and inspirational works of art.  She believes that art is an expression of one’s personal view of life and lives by the motto “You can never fly if you don’t spread your wings.”

Ilana believes that one is never too old to pursue one’s dreams and she is a living example of the philosophy “You make it happen.”   She graduated Cum Laude from GSU with a BIS degree in Art Therapy, and has earned both her Master’s and Doctorate of Divinity Degrees from Universal Brotherhood University.

Currently, Ilana’s multifaceted talents are being utilized by the Civil Air Patrol.  She is the Moral Leadership Officer, Deputy Commander of Cadets, an Editor-in-Chief of the monthly newsletter, Flying Eagles, and the Public Affairs Officer for the Bartow-Etowah Composite Squadron GA:129.

Since March of 2000, Ilana has been the Art for the Heart Director.  Her mission, with everyone she meets, is to awaken inherent creativity, encourage the pursuit of knowledge, and facilitate empowerment through self-expression in the Creative Arts.
